You will wear a light bandage around your head to protect the incisions. Any mild bruising and swelling usually peaks at three to five days after your Colorado facelift before gradually subsiding over the two weeks that follow.
Work activities that do not require significant physical exertion are permissible after one to two weeks. You must avoid lifting, bending over and all strenuous activities for a couple of weeks. At three weeks, low-impact exercise is permissible, followed by unrestricted activity after six weeks.
