Ahhhhh.... the carefree days of summer are upon us! We will all be spending a lot of time outside with family and friends poolside, at baseball games or backyard BBQs. The semi-arid climate of Colorado makes for some wonderful days and nights. It also contributes greatly to dehydrated skin. At Rejuvenate this summer, the key word is HYDRATION!

We are offering several facials this summer that will help put moisture back into your skin, or, if you have had a little too much sun (tsk tsk) will help take the sting out of that burn. All facials below are on special for $85 (regularly $120).

• DermaQuench Facial - The ultimate hydrating facial. Plumps and smoothes fine lines and wrinkles by providing an antioxidant rich barrier that seals in moisture and insulates the skin from external damage.
• Papaya Pineapple Facial - Nothing says summer like the smell of fresh tropical fruit! Drift away during this relaxing facial and imagine you are on a far away beach. A papaya pineapple enzyme mask will exfoliate the skin followed by an intensive hydrating facial massage and refreshing mask.
• Tea Tree Facial -Tea tree leaves have been used as a medicinal remedy for treating burns for hundreds of years. Tea tree oil can also be used to treat moderate acne. The cooling tingle of our tea tree mask will instantly soothe skin that has seen a little too much sun, leaving your skin rejuvenated.

Did you ever notice that you tend to break out more in the summertime? Increased sweat production can clog pores and increase acne. Step out at that pool party with confidence. We are now offering back facials for $95 (regularly $150) A rock sea salt scrub is used for deep exfoliation and extractions are performed. Essential oils complement a vitamin rich seaweed balm to leave the skin glowing and revitalized.

Rejuvenate! has recently added three new skin care specialists to our team.

Melissa Hastings, Medical Aesthetician

Melissa Hastings, a medical aesthetician originally from Southern California, relocated to Denver in the summer of 2010. Melissa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University at Chico, and has a background in Marketing Communications. Being exposed to the aesthetics industry from an early age by her mother's family-owned business, Melissa has always been intrigued by skin care, and in 2007, decided to pursue advanced training.

Melissa understands the challenge the Colorado climate presents, and enjoys educating her patients about skin health, home care, and the treatments at Rejuvenate! that will keep their skin looking radiant. Melissa will listen to your concerns, carefully perform an evaluation of your skin conditions, and recommend a customized regimen just for you.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys cooking, traveling, scuba diving, live music, discovering great Denver restaurants, and spending time with her fiancé, Jed. Melissa is very excited to join the amazing team at Rejuvenate! and welcomes the opportunity to get to know you.

Brenda Hubbard, Aesthetician

Brenda Hubbard comes to us from the Five Diamond award winning Four Seasons Hotel and Spa in Las Vegas where she was the lead aesthetician for ten years. Brenda was named one of the Top Five Aestheticians in Las Vegas Magazine. She truly has a passion for the practice. She has developed treatments that integrate medical grade products with touch therapy for optimal results that not only cater to the skin, but to an overall sense of well being. Brenda has created pre and post care facial treatments to meet our patients' individual needs; whether it be preparing the skin for optimal surgery results, or post care treatments to aid in the healing and toning of the skin.

Larissa Worley, Medical Aesthetician

Larissa Worley is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician with over 10 years of experience in the skin care industry. During that time she has owned her own practice and has worked in a busy dermatology & laser office. She specializes in lasers for skin rejuvenation and hair removal and thoroughly enjoys working closely with her patients to develop a skin care plan that will achieve their best possible skin health. Combining an office procedure with product information and a home care plan, she is able to give her patients their best looking skin.

Larissa is a busy mom of 2 teenage boys and enjoys spending her down time with her husband and 3 small dogs.
