Breast augmentation can be a very satisfying, rewarding procedure, even for young women. And the results can look beautiful and very natural, even for a patient with a small frame, when the right surgical techniques are used.

These before and after images are of a 24 year old, 115 pound woman from the Denver area interested in breast enlargement to fill out a form she felt was skimpy. She didn’t want to look huge after the procedure or attract unwanted attention; she just wanted a shapelier, more balanced figure to boost her self-image and self-confidence.

She consulted with Dr. Vath about breast augmentation in Denver, and, with his guidance, chose smooth, round, saline implants. Dr. Vath used a periareolar incision, or incision around the nipple, to place implants filled to 300 ccs under the pectoral (chest wall) muscle. This technique give a natural slope to the chest above the breast, and enables smaller framed women to look like they were born with their new breasts.
