This is a 47 year old, 5\\\'5", 155 pound female after significant weight loss, who underwent a body lift which included an abdominoplasty, outer thigh lift and buttock lift. She also underwent a mastopexy (breast lift) and augmentation with 400 cc smooth, round, silicone gel implants placed beneath the muscle. Post-operative pictures are from 1.5 months after surgery.
