This is a 33-year-old woman lost 100 pounds after undergoing a gastric banding procedure. This weight loss resulted in loose abdominal skin and sagging, "deflated" breasts. She underwent a breast augmentation with lift (mastopexy) and an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). 375 cc silicone implants were used for the breast enhancement.
