This is a 35-year-old woman who came to see Dr. Wolfe for breast and body contouring after losing 100 lbs after a gastric bypass. In a single-stage operation, Dr. Wolfe performed a circumferential lower body lift and a breast augmentation with mastopexy. Photos were taken 6 weeks after her surgery, and show pink scars which will fade with time. Note the significant improvement in her abdomen, outer thigh, and buttocks. Her breast implants are 339 cc silicone placed in a submuscular position, and she went from an empty B cup to a C. She is 5'4" and 145 lbs.
