This is a 36 year old, 5'3", 119 pound woman who complained that, after having children, her tummy was loose and her breasts were saggy. She underwent the "mommy makeover" in order to lift the breasts (mastopexy) and tighten her tummy (abdominoplasty). Post-operative pictures are 2 years after her combined surgery.
