This 42-year-old woman consulted Dr. Wolfe seeking improvement in her arm and breast shape after losing a significant amount of weight. She had undergone a laparascopic gastric bypass 2 years previously, and lowered her weight from 350 lbs to 150. She underwent a lower body lift elsewhere. Dr. Wolfe performed a breast augmentation with mastopexy and an arm lift. Her implants are 304 cc silicone, and are in the subpectoral plane.
