This is a 10 year old girl who was bothered by her prominent ears. She underwent an otoplasty procedure in order to reshape the ear and set back the ears closer to her head. This was accomplished through small incisions made behind the ear and using suture techniques to bend the ear cartilage into a less prominent position.
