This is a 56-year-old woman who came in with very large breasts that she wished to have reduced. At 4'11" and 115 lbs, she was a 32G upon presentation, and is now a 32D after a 400cc short-scar breast reduction. Photos show good symmetry, excellent scars, and a pleasant shape at 1 year postoperatively.
