This is a 37-year-old woman who had a breast augmentation in combination with an abdominoplasty, for a "Mommy Makeover". She is 5'3", 140 lbs, and had two previous pregnancies. Her implants are 380 cc moderate-profile saline placed via an inframammary fold incision, and increased her bra size from a C to a D cup. Photos were taken 4 months after her surgery.
