DiamondGlow dermabrasion offers next‑level skin resurfacing that exfoliates, extracts, and infuses in one streamlined session. It utilizes medical-grade technology and personalized SkinMedica® serums to address signs of aging, dryness, hyperpigmentation, and other skin concerns.

How It Works
We perform DiamondGlow at our medical spas in Denver, Colorado Springs, and Golden, Colorado, using a handheld dermal-infusion device with a diamond-tipped wand. It gently exfoliates the outer layer of the skin while simultaneously performing vacuum-assisted extraction of dirt, debris, and oil from the pores. Then the device infuses condition‑specific topical serums deep into the freshly resurfaced skin while the pores are open.
Candidates
DiamondGlow is suitable for adults seeking to enhance their skin texture, brightness, clarity, and overall appearance with minimal downtime. It is ideal for those who want to correct:
- Dull or lackluster skin tone
- Enlarged or congested pores
- Uneven texture or rough patches
- Early signs of aging (fine lines, dehydration)
- Hyperpigmentation, freckles, and brown spots

What Is the Difference Between DiamondGlow and Hydrafacial®?
While both treatments exfoliate, clear pores, and infuse serums with a specialized handpiece, there are key differences. Our table provides a comparison.
DiamondGlow vs. Hydrafacial
| Feature | DiamondGlow | Hydrafacial |
|---|---|---|
| Resurfacing method | Controlled physical exfoliation and high-powered suction | Gentle chemical exfoliation and Vortex vacuum |
| Treatment focus | Deeper resurfacing, extraction, and infusion for more noticeable results | Deep hydration Gentle “glow up” maintaining the results of other treatments |
| Options for Customizing | Diamond tips come in a range of coarseness Infusion serums target various concerns | Boosters and serums target various concerns |
| Downtime | None; temporary redness and tightness | None |
| When to have it | 3 to 4 days before a special event | The same day as a special event |
Your DiamondGlow Consultation
Before any medical spa treatment, we require a consultation to help you choose the treatment best suited to your skin type and cosmetic goals. An aesthetician will perform a comprehensive skin evaluation, review what to expect, and help you choose your serum and diamond tip grit.
Once you schedule your DiamondGlow treatment, take the following precautions:
- Stop using products containing vitamin A, retinols, or AHA for at least 3 days.
- Protect your skin from the sun.
Notify us if you develop a condition that compromises the skin in the treatment area, such as open wounds and sores.
Your DiamondGlow Treatment
DiamondGlow treatments take about 30 to 45 minutes to complete. After gently cleansing your skin, your provider glides the diamond‑tipped wand across your skin to simultaneously:
- Slough off dead skin cells
- Clear pores of excess oil, debris, and impurities
- Suction it all away
Once the skin is exfoliated and clean, your provider uses the handpiece to infuse your selected SkinMedica® Pro‑Infusion serum deep into the skin’s dermal-epidermal junction (DEJ) while the pores are still open.
We’ll conclude the treatment by applying calming skincare products to soothe and protect the skin.
Treatment protocol: One monthly treatment to maintain the perfect complexion
Recovery
No downtime is needed, so many patients return to their regular activities. Some patients may experience temporary tightness, minor redness, or swelling immediately after the procedure. It is safe to apply makeup right away, but avoid exfoliating for at least a week.
Results
Right away, your skin will be noticeably radiant, feel smoother, and have clearer pores.
Combination Treatments
DiamondGlow works beautifully in combination with other med spa treatments to enhance results. Popular complementary options include:
- Laser skin resurfacing for deeper rejuvenation and collagen renewal.
- BOTOX® Cosmetic for dynamic lines like crow’s feet and frown lines.
- Dermal fillers to restore volume to the cheeks, temples, and around the eyes.
During your consultation, your provider will determine whether combining DiamondGlow with another treatment makes sense for your skin and goals.
Keys To Choosing Your Facial Rejuvenation Clinician
It is important to make sure the person performing your injectable treatment is properly trained and licensed. At Rejuvenate!, facial fillers and neurotoxins are administered by registered nurses and a physician assistant. With Dr. Wolfe and Dr. Vath as the medical directors of Rejuvenate!, you can rest assured that you are being treated by clinicians who have access to advanced training, methodology, and product knowledge when it comes to injection techniques and current and new products.
