This 5'2", 145 lb mom of 3 lost a significant amount of weight which left her with loose skin on her abdomen. While a tummy tuck would have remedied that problem, she also wanted to lift her buttocks and outer thighs, so a circumferential body lift (or belt lipectomy) was performed. In a lower body lift, the tummy tuck incision (usually hip bone to hip bone) is extended all the way around the back side. This results in a flat tummy, a lifted buttock, and a better contour of the outer thighs.
She is shown before and 3 months after surgery.
