34 year-old mom of 2 who had lost 30+ pounds from her maximum weight (now 128lb) wished to address her loose skin and somewhat lac musculature. She underwent a drain-free abdominoplasty (with liposuction to her flanks, approximately 400cc each), and did very nicely, with photos here representing her results at 6 months.
