This is an 18 year old, 5'3," 135 pound woman who wanted to increase the size of her breasts from an A cup to a fillB/small C. To achieve this, Dr. Wolfe placed 350cc smooth, round, moderate projection, silicone implants under the pectoralis muscle via an incision in the inframammary fold.
