30 year-old who had delivered 3 children and shrunk down to a AA cup; desired to be back in a fuller B-range. She underwent implantation of 295cc smooth, round gel implants into the subpectoral position, via the inframammary folds. She was back for a benign issue over 3 years later, and therefore is shown here at 3.5 year follow-up.
