This is a 47 year-old female who came to Dr. Cunningham seeking an increase in volume of her breasts. She was bothered by the lack of fullness at the top of her breasts and wanted a dramatic change. She selected 470 cc high projection silicone implants which were placed under the muscle through an incision in the fold under her breast. She is shown before and 8 weeks after surgery, looking and feeling her best!
