Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 234

This 23-year-old mother of two came to see Dr. Wolfe for a "mommy-makeover".  She felt that her breasts were "deflated" after breastfeeding, and she had significant laxity of her abdomen.  She underwent a breast augmentation and an abdominoplasty.  Post-operative pictures were taken 4 months after her surgery, and show significant improvement in her breast shape and volume along with dramatic changes in the tone and form of her abdomen.  She has a 339 cc silicone implant, placed subpectorally via an inframammary incision.  Her breast size increased from a small B to a full C.
