Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 276

This is a 41 year old, 5'5", 132 pound woman who underwent a "mommy makeover" including a breast enhancement and a tummy tuck. In order to fill out her breasts and achieve more upper pole fullness, she underwent a breast augmentation using 339 cc smooth, round silicone gel implants placed through an inframammary (breast crease) incision into a subpectoral (submuscular) position. She also underwent an abdominoplasty in order to achieve a tight, flat abdominal contour. Post-operative pictures were taken one year after surgery.
