Case Details
This is a 20 year-old female (5'6", 145lb, no kids) who was interested in going from a 34B cup to D-cup, advised 450cc smooth high-profile silicone gel implants would serve her well. These were placed via the inframammary fold incision during a short session of general anesthesia; the patient went home that day and recovered very nicely; photos are shown at approximately 6-8 weeks post op, with some swelling remaining.
