Case Details
62 year-old woman who wore a D cup but felt she was deflated in general, and especially wished to restore upper pole fullness. I advised her to place a smaller silicone gel implant under the muscle and perform a proper breast lift. She indeed had 235 low-profile gel implants placed submuscularly, and is shown here doing well at approximately 1 month post-op, with redness of the incisions expected to fade.
