This is a 46 year old woman who previously underwent a breast augmentation. She did not like the unnatural, round shape of her breasts. She also didn't like their fake, stiff feel. Dr. Steven Vath performed a breast revision surgery. She underwent a breast implant exchange with removal of the internal scar tissue around the implants (capsulectomy) in order to improve the feel and appearance of her breasts.
