This is a 46 year old, 5'1", 135 lb. woman who previously underwent a breast augmentation and wanted to improve her breast shape and symmetry. She underwent a breast revision surgery by Dr. Steven Vath. She had her 375cc implants removed. On the left side, she had the capsule (scar tissue around the implant) removed because it was too tight and holding the implant up too high. On the right side, the capsule was tightened because the space for the implant was too large and allowing the implant to settle too low and to the side. Then, low profile, 255cc silicone gel implants were placed. Finally, a mastopexy was performed to reshape the breasts into a more natural, attractive contour and to achieve better symmetry.
