42 year-old woman who wished to have her implants (in the 300cc range, placed elsewhere several years prior) removed, and she wished to be smaller overall. For her breast surgery revision, I suggested a formal mastopexy following explantation and capsule excision as necessary.
She indeed underwent this procedure (which required drains for a short period), and was left in smaller C-cup bra size range, with a more youthful look overall, and considerable relief of the back strain she had been developing. (Photographs are from approximately 18 months post-op.)
