This is a 53 year old, 5'6", 135 lb. woman who wanted smaller, lifted, more attractive breasts. She underwent a breast reduction which includes a lift during the procedure. She wanted to be in the B cup range after surgery, understanding that different bra manufacturers create varying B cup sizes. Her post-operative pictures are from 5 months after surgery. Her scars will fade over the next year until they are barely visible.
