This is a 45 year old, 5'4", 145 pound woman who had two children and was frustrated about her body. She complained of sagging breasts and a loose tummy and wanted it fixed. She was unable to make any further progress with diet and exercise so she sought out Dr. Vath to see what plastic surgery could offer. She chose to undergo an abdominoplasty and mastopexy (breast lift) in order to achieve a flatter, sexier tummy and lifted, perky breasts. Post-operative pcitures are from 6 months after surgery. Notice the natural funneling, puckered appearance of the belly button after surgery. This is a very important aspect of creatinga pretty tummy after an abdominoplasty surgery.
