50 year-old woman who had delivered 2 children and was in a 36E bra size range with progressive back discomfort as she entered her menopause years. She underwent an anchor-pattern breast reduction to achieve a C/D-cup, with approximately 450 gm removed from the right, and slightly less from the left, shown here at 3 months post-op.
