Patient Age 21
21 year-old with a C/D-cup chest size (and significant asymmetry) who was interested in becoming as flat-chested as possible. Because I advised that keeping the right nipple attached would likely require some retained volume, they decided to just forego nipple preservation altogether, leading to a very "clean" look, here shown approximately 1 month post-op.
