35 year-old trans-female on hormones, with somewhat lateralized nipples, who wished to be in a C/D bra size range if possible. The patient had selected 540cc moderate-plus smooth, round gel implants which were placed via the IMF (fold) incisions. She is shown here approximately 6 weeks post-op.
