30 year-old mother of several boys who wished to be in a fuller C-cup bra size range (and to have nipple reduction); breast augmentation with textured round 470cc high-profile Sientra implants performed for positional stability (with nipple reduction concomitantly), shown here approximately 1 month post-op.
