This very nice 62 year-old wished to address her lower facial and especially neck aging, to reflect how she felt inside. Dr. Steinwald performed a SMAS-plication "mini-facelift", which provides almost all of the advantages of a "deep plane facelift" with much lower cost, time in the OR and risk overall. She is shown here at approximately 6 weeks post-op with only mild swelling still present, and a much-improved soft, natural look.
