This 25-year-old female came to Dr. Freeman's office due to dissatisfaction with her lack of jawline and excess fat underneath her chin area. She underwent liposuction of the neck and jawline using one incision in the chin and two hidden behind the earlobes. She loves the new definition of her jawline and tighter looking neck. She is shown here approximately 3 months postoperatively.
