This 22-year-old woman presented with concerns about her lower face, neck, and chin. She had never liked her profile and lack of neck definition. She underwent a facial contouring procedure consisting of liposuction of her neck, subplatysmal fat resection, platysmaplasty, and chin augmentation with a medium-szed implant. Because of her young age and good skin quality, no skin tightening was necessary.
She is shown before and 6 weeks after her procedure, with a dramatic improvement in her facial shape.
