Case Details
33 year-old who disliked the profile view and "length" of her nose; Dr. Steinwald recommended she undergo a dorsal hump reduction/pyramid reset, and tip refinement/elevation via an open approach. She is shown here at 6 months post-op with good overall balance/proportion/healing, but some edema still present, especially at the tip (generally an issue for up to one year post-op.)
