Case Details
This patient came to my office for rhinoplasty surgery, focusing on better-defining the tip. She therefore underwent an open-tip rhinoplasty to minimize her subtle cleft and boxy deformities (with minor dorsal rasping performed), and was very pleased with her rapid recovery and long-lasting results.
