25 year-old woman who disliked the dorsal bump on her nose, as well as some of the associated mid-pyramid widening. She underwent a dorsal rhinoplasty as a brief outpatient procedure under light general anesthesia and recovered quickly; photos here are from 1 month post-op, with some swelling remaining (usually up to 3-6 months), but nice improvements already noted.
