Case Details
42 year-old patient who had lost significant weight, and wished to have her arm (and underarm laxity/redundancy) addressed, as well as her breast ptosis. Dr. Steinwald suggested that she undergo an extended brachioplasty/arm lift, with "zig-zag" incisions in her underarm areas, which nicely connected with her mastopexy/breast lift scars (photos are from approximately 2 months post-op).
