Case Details
This is a very fit 46 year-old female who was bothered by stubborn "saddle bags" in her outer thighs. Given that she had small pockets of excess fat and minimal excess skin, Dr. Cunningham felt that she was a good candidate for liposuction of this area. The patient underwent liposuction of her outer thighs while awake! Numbing solution was infiltrated into the area and then the excess stubborn fat was removed via power-assisted liposuction. She is shown before and approximately 6 weeks after her procedure, with scars already imperceptible. Her swelling will continue to diminish with time with final results seen at 6 months post procedure.
