Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 11357

This is a 44 year old, 5'7", 145 pound woman who previously underwent breast augmentation and then had children. She developed a deflation of her left saline breast implant and presented for a mommy makeover. A mommy makeover generally means a combination of surgeries to include a tummy tuck and breast surgery. In this patient's situation, her breast surgery included an exchange of her breast implants and a mastopexy (breast lift) to improve her breast shape. She had sagging of her natural breast tissue off of her breast implants creating an unnatural, unattractive shape. The mastopexy fixes this. She had a 350cc saline implants removed and replaced with 300cc, smooth round, low profile, silicone gel implants. She also underwent a tummy tuck to flatten her abdomen and some liposuction of hips to contour the sides.
