This 46-year-old mother-of-one lost a large amount of weight with the help of semaglutide. She was left with excess skin of her abdomen and very drooping, heavy breasts. She wanted improved abdominal contouring and a breast reduction surgery. She underwent a Tummy Tuck with muscle repair and a breast reduction surgery with Dr. Freeman. She loves her improved contour and ability to find appropriately fitting clothing. She is shown 3 months postoperatively and her scars will continue to fade and soften for up to a year.
