Case Details
38 year-old who had delivered 2 kids and experienced "post-partum involution", and wished to get back to her prior 38-DDD bra size. It was recommended she undergo larger implantation with 505 high-profile textured gel implants outside the muscle layer ("subglandularly") to avoid a lift, and provide stable positioning with good upper pole fill.
