Case Details
42 year-old professional who had delivered one child approximately 4 years earlier, and wished to go back to a fuller B/C cup range after "involuting" to a 34 A-cup. Dr. Steinwald advised her to work with smooth, round gel implants, and she selected Sientra 340cc lower-profile implants, placed behind the muscle to be centered behind her somewhat "lateralized" nipples, but also to provide some cleavage, especially in a bra. She recovered quickly and was most pleased by the natural results, here seen at approximately 6 weeks post-op.
