Case Details
This is a 24 year-old woman who was interested in achieving a D-cup from an A-cup in one step, if possible. She selected Sientra 435cc moderate-plus smooth, round gel implants, which were placed under the muscle via underside (IMF) incisions during a brief 1-hour, outpatient case. She is shown here at approximately 1 month post-op with some swelling remaining, an settling yet to take place (over the next 3-6 months).
