Case Details
This 40 year-old woman had delivered and breast-fed 5 children, and was left with a relaxed A-cup bra size. She wished to avoid a lift, and therefore Dr. Steinwald told her that a lower-sitting textured gel implant outside the muscle would likely leave her with a natural look. Indeed, 485cc moderate-profile textured Sientra gel implants were placed via a fold incision, and she is shown here at approximately 6 weeks post-op.
