Case Details
This young, healthy 30 year-old without a history of childbirth or breast-feeding wished to augment her breast size from a moderate B-cup to a D/DD range. Dr. Steinwald advised the placement of smooth, round silicone gel implants into the submuscular space, and the patient chose Allergan SoftTouch 345cc implants, which were placed under the muscle via the inframammary folds (on the same day her friend had the same done!) Photos here are from just over 3 months post-op.
