Case Details
This very pleasant 59 year-old woman (who breast-fed 2 children) was interested in a modest-to-moderate augmentation, but wished to avoid a lift if possible. Dr. Steinwald recommended the placement of Motiva smooth, "Ergonomix" (pseudo-teardrop) gel implants in the subfascial position (between the pectoralis muscle and gland, approaching from an inframammary fold incision), and the patient chose 260cc implants. She is shown here at approximately 6 weeks post-op. If you have similar issues/desires and live in or near Denver, Motiva implants such as these with similar placement may be right for you as well.
