This patient is a 31 year old/110lb/AA cup mother of 4 who underwent breast augmentation with 295cc Mentor moderate-plus profile "Memory Shape" cohesive-gel implants. The implants were placed via inframammary fold incisions into the submuscular space.
After photos were taken 6 months post-op.
