Case Details
This 22 year-old Asian female wished to undergo breast augmentation from her current A-cup range into a C-cup range. She had somewhat widely-space nipples, and her relatively weak inframammary fold (with excess skin already in the lower pole) was a concern; therefore it was recommended that she undergo placement of Sientra 385cc silicone implants via the inframammary fold approach to help maintain positional stability; she is shown here at 3 months post-op.
