Case Details
This 66 year old, 5'3," 98 pound, woman presented to Dr. Wolfe with 40 year old implants that were presumed ruptured, and bilateral capsular contracture (which the patient reports has gotten progressively worse over the last 10 years) which was severely distorting her breasts and causing quite a bit of discomfort.
She underwent bilateral capsulectomies and an implant exchange with 265cc, smooth, round, moderate profile silicone gel implants that were placed in a subpectoral position through an incision in the inframammary fold.
She is shown in her after photos at 6 months post op.
