Case Details
This 76 year old woman had implants placed (above the muscle) several years prior at another practice. Over time her breasts began to sag and "hang off" the implant. She had also developed mild capsular contracture (hardening of the scar tissue around the implant). Dr. Wolfe recommended removing the implants (and the hardened capsules), placing new implants in a sub-pectoral position, and performing a breast lift to restore her breasts to a perky chest position.
